Got the 199 level, but damn I started refreshing a few times at 7 and it took at least 45 seconds (5 or 6 refreshes) until the page actually changed

I get the tiered pricing but the way the first price is such a small quantity is bullshit.

It was gone for a second, but I think that was a tixr glitch. Refreshed again and they were there (albeit at the $225 tier).

 

Damn those cheap tickets went fast. I had 199 in my cart and by the time I went to check out my cart said 224.
