Really cool shows, but with Sunday being the only night I might be open to leaving the festival early... I think I'll pass. Some really sweet line-ups, though! If JEW/CB or Alkaline Trio were on Sunday that one would 100% be on my list.
aftershow 7 years ago (also at Bottom Lounge) is the best show I've ever been to to this day and they haven't been back since. so
Can't speak for Jawbox really but JEW are here at least once a year, Thursday are here playing Full Collapse seemingly every 6 months, and AOF haven't been here in 7 years. Easy call imo
Ska dream for sure, probably the Maine too. The Academy Is is tempting but I don't want to overpack things, I wish I knew what their setlists would look like
I have seen AK3 three times in less than a year, but their Metro shows are kind of iconic, so maaaybe I will try to go to that one
With Saturday being so light for me, I'm gonna try for JEW and if I strike out, I'll do TAI at Concord. Only doing one this year.
According to the Chop Shop site, TGUK is playing Four Minute Mile and Woodson for their after show. I know they're doing the album at the fest as well, but I assume not the EP.
"Thursday WITH Anthony Green"... poor choice of wording or is he performing the album with them? None of the other shows say "with"
I haven't heard anything. Chop Shop has another show that Saturday so if it is it'll be somewhere else. Maybe Burlington? "The Get Up Kids with Sparta" is the billing for that show. Just means he's opening, but it is inconsistent on the poster with all of the shows.
I just realized something. Brooks from War On Women is playing in Jawbox now. Both bands are playing aftershows on Saturday night. Wonder how he’s gonna pull that off? Double-duty?
He's in LS Dunes (or at least there was semi-confirmed speculation that LS Dunes is his new project).
