This is par for the course with some of the second wave adds in past years. One notable sub, two notable mid-card acts, and a few much smaller bands.

just saw coolio on july 4th! the 90s dance party (coolio, montell jordan, young mc, tone loc, & color me badd) did a free show downtown .. fun time, coolio was definitely the highlight!

 

Still a little bitter about the year Marky was supposed to do a Ramones set with the Bouncing Souls at Riot. And then cancelled.

 

Were Night Spice always there? It's a band with former members of a local metalcore band called El Famous. They are more electronic and less screaming than their former band.

 

I saw Coolio at one of those I Love the 90s nostalgia tours and he was fine. This might be a more fun environment to check him out at though. Might watch TBS if time allows too, but I was already sold on the lineup.

 

if you guys try a wall of death during Gangsta's Paradise, it's very possible he will leave the stage

So it was true, they were waiting for the Taking Back Sunday Chicago show to announce the 2nd wave. I would say Im a little dissapointed but with the great line up we have already I cant complain

 

Holy fuck I’m so happy about TBS getting added to Friday. MCR + TBS + Bleachers + Placebo + Lucky Boys Confusion all in one day…yes please

 

Totally jumping to conclusions but

Sunday has 3 more bands than Saturday and 2 more than Friday.. maybe even more get added

 

No harm in waiting past the old Warped date, either. Why change the process?

riot is retweeting a bunch of bands that are putting up the new poster, and a few are saying 'full lineup' so looks like this is it barring cancelations and replacements

 

Mostly underwhelming adds for me, but Cumgirl8 is a cool addition and watching Coolio for Gangster's Paradise would probably be fun.

 

cumgirl8 should be interesting live! Pretty rough-production synthy punk from NY.
The thought of watching them mid-morning outdoors under the sun is a little disorienting haha

Would be funny if some random unannounced band would go on one of the stages and after a minute or so CM Punk would come out and beat the hell out of them, then announcing their replacements: EVE 6!

 

TBS was obvious and I think it's cool I'll finally get to see Marky and the best Ramones cover band if it doesn't conflict with anything else.. I could totally see him showing up during the Misfits set since he played with Doyle & Jerry for a bit
