I don't think we got a "second wave" in the traditional sense last year. They announced the chunk of bands in 2020 and then the "full" line-up in May. On May 21st last year, Citizen tweeted they were playing. But I think they were part of the announcement earlier in May (May 14th, I think?)
Wasn’t it only like, a week after the initial lineup was announced? I remember them, MGK and DKM getting added
My "wants" are pretty low-tier compared to most of yours, apparently... Allister, Showoff, I Am the Avalanche, Grumpster, the Copyrights, and the Methadones. Give me actual pop-punk or give me Elliot (or All-American Rejects or death; whichever).
Talk of a 6-7 jam version of "What I Got" just has me thinking of this atrocious cover that I'm sure several of you downloaded from Napster and/or Limewire at one point or another. Spoiler alert: Neither Sublime nor 311 are involved in this.
I've shockingly never heard this, but it is atrocious.. it's not Kidz Bop bad but close the two Nickelback songs at the same time is my favorite pre-youtube cringe song thing
Y'know, could they be the question mark at Four Chords? That would be a better fit than Riot based not he description but... They'd be a cool add for Riot too! Samiam would be rad too! And they're doing festivals.
Good call. That's the right spot for them on the Four Chord poster too. Even if they're not on Riot, I hope they get to Chicago soon.
Not shocked to see Coolio get added. There was a glaring pre-Action Bronson/mid-afternoon slot for hip-hop. I was silently hoping for/thinking it might be Red Man but... That's pretty rad.
