I bet Bad Religion will be on the same stage as Misfits

 

If they close the 2nd main stage they will play during sunset I think.

Really hope one of them have an aftershow so I dont have to pick between them, but if I have to pick I would go with AOF as they dont tour as often.

 

Like this theory and I think it's one of the most viable things Riot Mike could have been talking about.

 

Once again, I ask… why is Charly Bliss not playing Riot???

 

Could totally see this tour being a Saturday aftershow, but I'd much prefer CB on the Fest proper.

Maybe this is what Riot Mike was referring to.

 

There are a lot of indie punk bands that Riot seems to have an aversion to booking: Charly Bliss, Illuminati Hotties, Diet Cig, Remember Sports, Hop Along, Thank You, I’m Sorry, etc. (just to name a few). I’m not sure why because that style of music would be perfect for mid day sets and also help diversify the Fest (at least in terms of having more women playing)

 

Finished my playlist of all the artists I know, time to start picking away at the ones I'm unfamiliar with day by day.

Superrrrr into Pale Waves, I can see myself watching them if I can.

 

Panic! At The Disco is playing the United Center on the Saturday night of Riot, could add a second show on Sunday in theory.

I know they have, this seems like an increase in involvement but I could be wrong.

 

Yeah I still think the best theory is it will be livestreamed. I never really got that? Maybe it's because I'm old but if I'm on the fence about going, then find out they're live streaming like 40% of the artists, I might just stay home. But I get it for people who aren't a 15 minute drive to the festival.
