When I was at Rise Against I was thinking on checking Taking Back Sunday or Dropkick Murphys, but RTJ started with Yankee and the Brave and wow! Such an amazing show!

 

Dropkick was way too loud I think they cranked them to drowned out rtj

 

Im really tired and everything hurts, but so stoked for today!

Seeing 3oh!3, Kennyhoopla, Fever333 (partial), Thursday, Devo, Flaming Lips and MGK

 

Same and I def didn’t get enough sleep.

and the taking back Sunday after show at metro

 

The pizza party was so great last night. I ate more pizza than I needed to late at night, saw and talked to Max Stern for the first time in years (he’s still the nicest person in music), and all of the bands were great. I still have some… conflicted feelings, I guess, about IIOI, but I’d be lying if I said I don’t love those records.

 

RTJ was nuts. Some of the most fun I've had in years.

 

Not sure if any of you have seen me this weekend, but on Thursday and Friday I was the guy in the Lowe’s vest.

yesterday I wore a red “Defend Pop Punk” shirt and today I’m in a blue Youth Of Today shirt

 

Fucking incredible set. So happy to have been there.

Based on the schedule riot just posted, the clockworks dropped off

 

Genuinely feel like this year has kicked our asses physically more than any year since we've been going in 2016. Not sure if it's just getting older or what but shit, I feel dead today. We might end up skipping out on the Bayside aftershow tonight.

 

And no official statement from them why they dropped of either…

Everyone is out of festival shape. It’s rough.

 

They started with "Upstate Blues," "No EQ," and a song from Figure, then played all of Proper. I left before an encore (if they did one).

 

My body was so sore after Friday, yesterday I was doing it smarter, less standing before sets and more resting between sets.

Next week I'll be going to Furnace Fest which is much more intense, it will be disastrous for my body.

 

Final day, here we go. Wearing a dark grey Format shirt and deciding if I want to try to get up close for Thursday.

 

This 3OH!3 crowd is pretty massive, sheesh

 

Feels like everyone I’ve met this weekend was planning to go to this for some reason

 

Yeah the 3oh!3 crowd was huge and totally into their set the entire time

 

Also side note q101 is announcing the nights we stole Christmas tomorrow at 8am

It's very hot today, drink lots of water! There's a line for the water station but it flies quick.

The Bled was great, not too much crowded and lots of room to move around.
