    Alright important question.

Where's the closest dispensary to the fest.

TBH, I think you have a better shot at convincing Green Day if they were to get Operation Ivy. Here's my dream line-up for Riot stage on those days:

Green Day ("Dookie") / Rancid / Jello Biafra (DK set) / Pansy Division / The Mr. T Experience
    Operation Ivy / Jawbreaker / A.F.I. / Samiam / Omnigone

I'm not brazen enough to even daydream about two Green Day headlining sets, hah. And you know they would be able to book Against Me! and the Suicide Machines at some point during that weekend...

Would also be awesome to have some of the younger bands currently omniscient as part of the Gilman scene on the Rebel Stage: Grumpster, Sarchasm, Pity Party, Get Married, etc.

You could add on The Mr T Experience as an early day band that was from the Bay Area and on Lookout. But I’m biased because I love MTX.

Not sure, but with Weedmaps as a sponsor, hopefully they won't be super tight on that security-wise.

Oh everything will be in chewable form

Except for maybe a cheeky pre roll during The Pumpkins.

wow, I somehow skipped right over them. I guess the list was just so awesome that my brain couldn’t process it correctly.

im bringing some chewyness too but i dont like that being my only option since its so tricky to gauge how and when it hits. ive had my system for bring my homemade joints down for years, but thisll be my first year as a medical card carrier bringin in professionally made joints/pre-packs. excited and a little nervous trying a few new strands, fingers crossed for no panic attacks, haha

It's gonna another 10 years but I cannot wait for TN to get its shit together in terms of medical/recreational.

Marsha Blackburn got too much money in pharmaceuticals so it won't happen anytime soon :/

Weed is legal recreationally in Chicago, and the festival sponsor is Weed Maps. If I walk in with joints will security confiscate them?

Weed is illegal in public parks so yes they will be confiscated unless you hide them.

Get a Skankin’ Pickle reunion too! Why not!

    It's chaos. Be kind. Prestigious

The map is up. Looks like Rise and Radicals are on opposite sides of the park, and Roots and Riot are facing each other instead of next to each other.

The Rise/Radical swap doesn't have a major impact on me. In fact, it arguably works better in most cases. The one thing that really kinda sucks is the VIP viewing areas are on the opposite side of each stage. Which doesn't exactly make it easy to position myself closest to the next stage I want to get to most of the time.

    But... Could be way worse.

I also keep reminding myself that these maps are never to scale and it's pretty impossible to tell exactly how far apart everything is ultimately going to be.

I’m dreading that choke point north of Rise.

Isn't that always a bit of a chokepoint, anyway?

Yes but it usually doesn’t have vendors in the middle of it.
