They could do that. But most people wouldn't be into it. I don't think that band has a bad release, but the vast majority of their fans weren't so into that one...

I hope Better Oblivion Community Center is playing, they were really good at both Lincoln Hall shows and definitely have a festival vibe to their set.

Has Conor ever played the Fest before in any capacity? He’s out alone based on his show at Thalia Hall but history could help BOCC’s chances of playing.

Anyone else think they’re posting the whole lineup tomorrow? I assumed it would be the first wave only, but they keep saying “lineup” and when they mention the things we can complain about, they don’t say “Wave 2”

Say what you want about them but I would be down with The 1975 playing. I’ve never seen them and missed them when they played the United Center a few weeks ago.

I have a feeling American Football are playing. Played a sold out record release show at the Metro in March but no Chicago shows announced since that show. Seems like they would be a perfect fit with their newest record.

This is the reunion I’m most hoping for. But then again I hope for it every single year.
