So I know I’m off on this but I’m shocked there are still 4 days tixs left for lolla

 

Rise Against / AFI tour is coming to Minneapolis on 9/6.

Either it's going to swing through the festival, or it's going to skip it for a Chicago headliner.

 

Pleeeeeeeease go to Riot!

Looks like there's a Portland, OR date on September 25th as well (which leads me to believe it's full US). And for what it's worth? Anti-Flag is opening that date.

All three bands are due to be back at Riot Fest... And Rise Against could be a headliner (or at least a sub-headliner).

 

I think Rise Against would be a good counter-headliner - like what A Day to Remember was last year against Nine Inch Nails.

 

Rise Against as a headliner/sub-headliner would be a let down for me honestly, but it'll probably happen

 

Rise Against is opening for FOB at Wrigley. They’re definitely not doing Riot Fest.

i think he would want too much money to play riot fest plus there's an event page of facebook for him for early september for a show in Chicago but idk how legit it is

 

Looks like a few Riot Fest contenders wont be playing - The National, Manchester Orchestra, All Time Low, CKY

 

Kind of surprised to see ATL on there but there isn’t anything on that list I’m sad to be missing at RF.

Also Welshly Arms is my new favorite band name. That’s amazing.

 

CKY at Lolla is hilarious

 

Really surprised Bleachers isn't playing Lolla, which makes me really question if they are on Riot Fest? I hope so. I suppose they could just be doing their own headliner, but it seems like they'd do a festival this year.

 

I think I heard he's doing a headline tour and it's coming to Chicago in early September.

 

This is in San Diego this same weekend. Seems pretty likely any band playing this wouldn't play Riot, right? Even if they played this on Friday and played Riot on Sunday?

 

I wouldn’t say it’s impossible since Riot Fest has flown bands to Chicago in the middle of tours before, but it does make those seem less likely.

 

N.E.R.D., Billy Idol, Jimmy Eat World, and All American Rejects would've all been cool.

 

Just compared Kaaboo and Riot Fest's lineups last year and there was no crossover at all.
