band saying they're still available (for now)

 

Has anyone been able to find out any information? It sounds like the whole thing is botched and the person I talked to is not helping at all.

 

I tried seeing if there were still tickets for TDEP. Tickets at the door?

 

TBS tickets are all in carts but not all purchased it seems

 

If anyone here got MCS and was trying for Thursday, the person I'm talking to says they MIGHT be able to do some sort of exchange. Any reports now are helpful.

 

I'm glad I was only trying for The Specials. Sounds like it is saving me a lot of stress.

 

Etix rejected two credit cards on me for MCS tickets before finally accepting a third. STRESSFUL.

 

Got TBS and Thursday

 

It looks like the 'special guests' has been removed from the Thursday show.

 

I was hoping for a sweet opener, but I certainly won't complain about a long Thursday set.

 

I was hoping for maybe Frankie, TA, or B&C.

 

The poster for Thursday has 00:00 PM.

MCS officially showing "sold out" on Double Door site now. I am so sad.

 

Yep, they said two tickets left four minutes ago.

 

Still on the phone with ETIX. Trying so hard not to burst into tears at work. And I can't believe someone in here had extra tickets but I didn't notice until it was too late.

 

I bought two tickets for TBS, Thurday, and MCS. As of right now, I don't have anyone to go with but I did text a few friends. If none of them are interested, I'll reach out to you guys again. The TBS tickets are paper and the tickets for Thursday and MCS are will call.

 

If anyone else ended up with a ticket to the wrong show because of this glitch, THIS is the form to fill out. The woman I spoke to said this may be the easiest way to get some tickets fixed. I will keep trying whatever I can.

Please let me know if you can with this. I'll do whatever I can to help you out at the fest itself, and I have some MCS merch and stuff if that would grab you. I can't remember if you did any of the VIP dates.

 

I imagine it's at the venue's discretion so YMMV.

Please don't be a buzzkill right now. I am trying to keep it together and I need all the hope I can get. She said she sent the issue on to the entire call center and would contact the venue herself about the problem. Anyone filling out that form about incorrect tickets will help me now.
