I personally think they will play at least Chicago. They played a different city last year (don't remember which), but they haven't been at chicagos since 2013 I think.
No idea if this is true, but a friend is saying the three headliners are Tool, The Misfits, and Operation Ivy.
Not saying that an Operation Ivy reunion isnt possible, but I just don't see them being a top 3 headliner.
Yeah, she sent me the entire "line up," and it seemed very fake. Sorry for posting about it without asking her further questions first.
I'm still putting my money on a Misfits - Tool - Beck - Deftones - ATDI top line. I don't have any basis for Beck (think govball is his only scheduled date this year) but I think he really fits
Assuming the line-up is hitting. It's certainly around the same time as usual, and I doubt they'd wait too much longer after announcing the Misfits. Gotta keep up the momentum! EDIT: Also, that contest they're doing where folks guess the line-up ends at midnight on Tuesday, so I think Wednesday might be a safe bet given when they were supposed to announce it last year before all of the delays.
The Hold Steady was set to announce a bunch of Fall shows a couple of weeks ago, but last minute had to halt the announcement until May 18 (Wednesday) for undisclosed reasons. I'm guessing that's RiotFest related and we'll get the line up Wednesday.
Thursday said that they will announce a "couple big things" when they hit 10,000 followers on Instagram.
I wonder if the brakes not working in one of the hints is for Thursday "Understanding in a Car Crash". Might be a stretch but I am hoping, lol.
Yup, tomorrow at 10am EST. I picked up on a few of the hints: Bad Religion, NOFX, and Brand New. No idea about the others, though...
