I'll watch still if Harmon is fully taking over, he's a much better writer than Roiland anyway But it had BETTER not interfere with the Community movie
Roiland and Harmon haven’t been showrunners since 2020. Season 6 was probably the best season since 3 and it had new writers handling the heavy lifting without them. Good riddance on ditching Roiland, the show already has an ecosystem to run without him and it’s better for it. The last piece is recasting. Seems the writing process got smoother since 2020 when Roiland stepped away - almost like it was a toxic environment!
As I said, a plethora of options Fans want a popular TikToker to replace 'Rick and Morty' co-founder Justin Roiland in 'Adult Swim' series
https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/t...n-empire-implosion-rick-and-morty-1235319366/ This actually a revealing write up that goes into a lot of the behind the scenes chaos that this show has had since season 1. Essentially, it sounds like Season 2 is where Roiland started checking out, and Harmon's writing team took over. He hasn't been seen in any of the writers' rooms for any of his shows in literal years apparently. Also reveals Harmon & Roiland haven't been on speaking terms in years. That explains the long delays between seasons before Roiland was out of the writers room for good. His whole thing was to use his name and voice a main role thinking he couldn't get fired and collect checks while he did horrific sex pest shit.
I assume that’s a voice reveal at the end there and not something previously recorded by Roiland? It sounded spot on, good for them
Pretty sure that's an old clip from the end of S6, not a new scene? Someone correct me if I'm wrong. It's been a while since I've watched this show.
What would be actually funny is they should just go with someone who doesn't sound anything like Roiland's voices
