was not expecting clare from degrassi on this ep that's for sure

 

This was pretty easily my favorite of the five episodes so far this season, just hilarious and super creative all the way through like the best episodes of this show always are

 

i lost myself at the snake montage. terrific episode

 

Lmfao the ship that saved the snake was called the S. S. SSSS.

Okay so this has been bugging me for a couple days now: Rick punching Morty in the eye. Idk maybe it's because that's a (gag) "regular" form of abuse (instead of say, being forced to shove seeds up your ass that make you smart at first but then really not-smart) but it didn't sit right with me with what was otherwise a fantastic episode.

 

The whole segment where the snakes are just hissing, and showing different aspects of their society had me dyyyying.

 

the segment where it was just like the cliché part where the military shows up at the college and recruits the college professor to help them communicate with the alien, but it was all done with hisses, was perfect

 

Never heard of Quibi before. It sounds like a paid version of YouTube haha

 

Quibi is essentially another streaming service that is coming out BUT they have a specific niche which is short videos that you are meant to watch on your phone. Sure, its similar to YouTube videos... or Instagram, or really anything... but this is like... scripted series and stuff. To me it at least sounds like a creative take on the streaming services war, they have some top notch talent attached so far as well.

Ok. Was just real weird how long of a break it’s been

 

I think they are maybe spacing out this season so there is less of a gap between the second half and season 5, but who knows. Definitely a fool’s errand to try and figure out their release strategy.

 

I think it genuinely just takes them forever to make it and Adult Swim put out half a season because it was all they had ready and they wanted to temporarily satiate the fanbase

 

Yeah, I think as a realistic fan, I am going to be happy with any amount of episodes on any sort of timeline from here on forward

 

They're about to start writing Season 6 brehs

Turner is so fucking bad dealing with bureaucratic shit. So much stuff has to be taken care of ahead of time before they can schedule things
