this show is untouchable.

best of the season, all s3 eps are best of the series contenders. between the constant spot-on comments on existing media to the deepening relationship, I'm just in awe week by week.

I know people thought it was getting too dark there for a minute, but I think Justin/Dan are hyperaware of these characters and their dynamics so, especially after last night's, I'm not worried whatsoever about the trajectory esp. in relation to Rick becoming too evil/non-redeemable. seems like they're headed towards an incredibly satisfying reckoning for Rick at the hands of someone that's going to pay this season off and set up an s4 no problem.

 

This episode was definitely a Harmon-driven one and I loved it.

 

Wasn't that into this episode honestly.

I wonder if S4 will come sooner since they initially had more than 10 episodes plus the show is even bigger now. Maybe like June/July 2018?

 

I barely laughed but that was such a good episode. This show is starting to remind me of Louie in that it's not always funny, in fact sometimes it's not even pleasant, but it just hits fucking hard.

 

I don't think I laughed at all until the stinger. Episode was daring for sure and it paid off.

 

I can't get over how fucking good that episode was. This show is playing on a completely different level than anything else.

 

Easily my least favorite of the season, but I respect it.

I love how precise this show is. No idea how they manage to squeeze so much characters and plot and jokes in 20 minutes and still be that cohesive.

 

Probably my favourite episode of the series. The music at the end is so epic and as soon as it started playing it clicked for me who President Morty was. It'd been a while since I'd seen the original episode. Between him and Tammy & Phoenixperson, I don't think our Rick and Morty will be diving in anymore mermaid puss for a while.

Not sure why I haven't subbed to this thread before.

s03e07 was great. I can get why it's not super liked, it didn't have the usual laughs but when you view it as an episode that sets the stage for something greater...man, so good.

 

Only just caught up on the latest. Incredible. I can't think of another show where every single episode has a moment that I'm completely floored by.

I get that some of the more conceptual episodes don't always play for the biggest laughs, but this had a couple huge laughs for me. The Rick in the classroom got me for sure.

 

Latest might have been my favorite this season, next to the Rickshank Redemption

Fun episode, but probably my least favorite of the season
