Yeah, he mentioned in a live stream a month or so ago that it would be "a fucked up version" of the song or something like that.

I managed to snag a copy of that from the Patreon sale earlier today, but just barely. How fucking awesome that he has enough fans willing to drop $30 on an album (after not even a full day's notice that it exists and will be on sale), to the point where he sells out of his 90 copies within an hour of putting them up. I'm so glad he's found his core fanbase and is using Patreon to make the most of it.

 

Jeeze finally found out that his record is coming out June 1st. If Minefield and Strange are any indication this is going to be just as good as the last one. Ha I feel like it should be easier to find info on him. He needs to tour on this one, too. Lemon was fantastic last year and I was excited to see him but he didn't come anywhere near the east coast it seemed.

 

His health makes it extremely difficult to tour

 

Yeah I didn't know if he was still fighting the stomach issues or if he had come out of the tunnel a bit. That completely makes sense if that's the case.

 

You should join up with him on Patreon, that’s probably the best way to stay up to speed with what’s he doing. The next single from this album, Howlin’ Heart, is coming out through Patreon on Monday.

 

I may do that; I'd love some of the live stuff I see he's got locked on there. I'm definitely preordering the new record today.
