Out now. Surprised this thread is so empty. First record is up there with my top ten of all time. The songs just seep with love.

 

I was trying to stay out of it until the whole thing was out, they released too many songs ahead of time if you ask me. I'll play this today for sure tho.

 

Yeah I avoided the singles too. Didnt want to spoil this inevitably beautiful album. This weekend I’m visiting my friend in Tampa so the sun is high and it’s the perfect environment for my first listen (kinda wish they released this in the summer- Rhye is such good beach music)

 

Want to spend more time with this. First impression is that it's ethereal and fantastic, but takes on a slightly different sonic direction than Woman-- a little more experimentation on this one.

Just started listening and "Waste" is already killing me.

 

This is too good. Please and Stay Safe are beautifully serene, while Taste and Phoenix showcase a groovy side I was not expecting at all. Keeping this album on repeat.

This album is awesome, a huge step-up from their debut imo

 

Listening to this album makes me happy. I spin this a couple times a week.

 

Seeing them tomorrow. Stoked as hell. Woman was an album that meant a great deal in my last relationship, but Blood is the right kind of follow-up album that allows me to not attribute Rhye to those painful memories— the kind of beautiful album that begs for new memories to be made. I’m seeing them with my current girlfriend/the love of my life, so I’m very happy to be doing just that

 

This album's excellent and I need to go back to it more. Seeing them in Brooklyn on Friday and can't wait... their show during the tour cycle for their debut was wonderful.

 

Might make the drive to Philly for this since BK sold out.

 

Show was beautiful and most likely one of the best performances I’ve seen in years. They did a bunch of unexpected shit with a full band like live jazzy intros and outtros to songs on both records, played a new song with a killer guitar solo, and played new/different versions of older songs. It was everything i wanted. Too bad their merch isnt great cus I totally would have gotten something

 

Can't get over how much of an improvement this is over their debut. There were obvious highlights on the first album whereas on this one I absolutely love every single song.

 

I feel like I should give this a chance

 

If it isnt evident enough that I love this album already, let me restate how good it is.

Spotify Singles EP is out with a breathtaking 7-minute version of Taste and a previously unreleased track called A Whiter Shade of Pale.

 

New song out is beautiful, as always.

 

Heard Taste playing in a store today and everyone started tapping their feet. Man, this album is too good. I wish that this website would be more into it, as I feel lots of people would be totally blown away. It is what it is, I guess.
