Out of the blue, here comes a more video-game faithful reboot for the Resident Evil franchise.

Not going to hold my breath on this one, but it's cool to see someone finally doing the obvious and just adapting the game.

 

The casting choice for Leon, appearance wise, makes no sense and I don't like it. If you're not going to bother making Leon look like Leon then why include him in the film? The other casting choices I like, especially Kaya as Claire.

 

I don't love any of the casting choices at the moment. Kaya as Claire could work tho.

 

I stand by loving the first movie.

 

If Avan Jogia doesn't get his hair cut exactly like this then what's the point?

Does that mean practical effects? Yes please

 

I don't know how I feel about combining the first 2 games into one movie, but I at least like what the director is saying.

this was delayed till November 24th

 

It impossible to tell if movies are getting dumped or its just a sign of the times right now.
