This season has been full of really great episodes but I do miss a more season-long arc aside from the gang having a tough time
of course Willie Jack has perfected saying word cool when some random person starts talking to you haha
The entire episode I was like "is....that him?" and sure enough in the credits was confirmed. Funny he was supposed to play the lead in the Jesus Christ Superstar touring musical
I almost disassociated from the end of this episode because of how close to home it hit lol, rewatched this morning and man, what a special show. Grateful for it
I'm wearing the same exact (blue and yellow) shorts right now Willie Jack is wearing in the scene when they're at the restaurant in LA. She also wore them in a first season episode iirc, guess the wardrobe department just uses Amazon lol
fuuuck what an ending and for text before the credits mvto means "thank you", I thought at first it was saying "thank you to mvto"
Also I thought my wife was literally going to hyperventilate when Brandon Boyd walked into the frame lol
I liked the first season quite a bit, but this whole second season was some of my favorite television ever.
fuck man, not me full on bawling when Cheese started to cry. that and Daniel appearing in the group hug, I was not fucking ready for this before work absolutely the best show on TV
love that Sterlin shouts out Atlanta s2 in that Vulture piece. that's exactly what this felt like to me, just in the way that both shows levelled up from a great s1 to an all-timer by experimenting with the format even more also, the fact that they wrote Offerings at the last minute is insane. can't imagine this season without that episode
