Very very late to this show but I watched the whole first season the other day (haven't seen any of the new ones yet). I don't think I loved it as a whole quite as much as most people did but when it was good it was REALLY fucking good. The characters are great and I love the magical realism that pops up pretty often, the way it's done reminds me of Atlanta a little bit Willie Jack is the best character
new episode confirms how damn good this show is and that it'll transcend to the next level of quality
This episode was the most accurate depiction of tradespeople/manual labor I think I've ever seen. I've known a lot of plumbers and HVAC techs in my life, and getting stoned in the truck before the job is very much true.
Top notch episode. This show handles grief and the harder parts of life so gracefully. Nothing ever feels heavy handed or fake.
only just got to episode 3 and it was a knockout. whenever this show focuses on one character it always nails it that scene with Bear and Danny staring out at the cloud (?) really got to me
that wasn't just the best episode of the show, it was one of the best I've seen in years. absolutely astonishing, here's to Devery writing more episodes please
This show is really good. Just watched the sixth episode of the first season last night. The cast is just incredible.
I was just rewatching and noticed that you see Mabel getting called into the IHS in episode 1 this season pain :/
Doggface420 is a pretty good actor. Holy shit though, the newest episode might be one of the best episodes of television I've seen.
episode 5 was very fun. not what I expected after last week but that's the magic of this show really I hope we see more of Cheese soon though, my dude's been so underused this season
man just another phenomenal episode from this show. running out of superlatives for it so i'll just list all the stuff i loved: Bear's Low End Theory t-shirt. so clean, i want that fit now Amber Midthunder showing up! had no idea she'd be in this, such a pleasant surprise a bit more insight into Jackie and her crew was really nice and welcome. White Steve is the best, i love him Willie Jack directing Cheese to the vending machine. fucking iconic oh and that scene at the end of Elora in her house. so damn powerful and sad without a word being spoken. amazing directing on this show
I don't know why but my whole body tensed up for a jump scare or something during that last scene with Elora, it really creeped me out for some reason Excellent episode
