Just think this time next year we’ll all be talking about how the new RK album is our aoty.

 

And how great the Mmhmm 20 year tour was!

I would be sooooo happy with new RK, it's been way too long

 

Getting John Warne back in the fold would be the cherry on top.

 

Realized I’ve only seen this band twice with the same lineup:

1. Matt, Matt, Dave, John, Jon (pretty sure it was Jon’s first show) 2005
2. Same as above (2007)
3. Matt, Ethan, John, Jon, Taylor York (Filling in for Hoopes) (2010)
4. Matt, Matt, Dave, Tom Breyfogle, Josh Sudduth (2014)
5. Matt, Matt, Dave, Ethan, Jon (2022)

 

I've seen them 7 times but have no idea who was in the band haha

 

Yeah I think I'm at 12+ times seeing them and I have no idea on lineups. I do know I saw a lot of shows between 01-04 with Matt, Matt, Brian, and Dave.

It was cool seeing Mark Lee Townsend playing guitar with them in 2016. Strong dc Talk nostalgia from that...

I didn't but I got close...saw them on Dave's first tour with them.

 

Which tour/year was that?

 

When they were opening for the Supertones and Switchfoot was supporting.

Same, saw them a ton as a 4-piece. Great shows! Brian was great live.

 

Brian brought the energy. Miss him.

It really blows my mind how old the album is. Feels like 5 years at most...

 

what if we get a 10 year aff tour before a new album? that’d be wild.

 

Another festival date. Hoping they do something for the anniversaries of Mmhmm and/or FANSD this year.

 

Mmhmm definitely needs a full 20 yr tour

 

Pull a Green Day and play both Mmhmm and FANSD with an encore of other tracks from all their other albums. But you know, not in baseball stadiums.

 

Skillet headlining day 2 feels weird, but maybe I'm just out of touch.

 

This is the answer. Air For Free puts up a fight, but these are their top two records, and hearing both back to back would be unreal.

 

Throw Jon on stage for Deathbed since they're also playing on the same day.
