This is probably my favourite so far.

 

People are going to hate Empty House.

I really like this song.

 

Second half of this album is soft as hell and I really like it. "Flower" has started off wonderfully too. Kind of reminds me of the interludes in FANSD.

 

I still want to find a place on here for "Look on Up" but I'm not sure where it'd fit.

 

"Marigold" had an intro in Jason's version. I feel cheated.

 

Yeah, listening to this I'm starting to realize why Look On Up isn't on it. Can't figure out where it would fit.

 

I still really like this song though.

 

I really liked "Local Construction" and "God" but so far I like the second half way more than the first.

 

Change in "Runnin'" is so weird..

 

I love this second section though.

 

I thought my iTunes fucked up and starting playing a different album at first when Running started.

Oh man guys. I'm glad it's good.

Runnin' is so weird. I like it,but it's like Daybreak in the sense where it feels like multiple songs out in one.

 

I really like "Prodigal" musically but I'm not sure I'm into the lyrics.

 

"Heartache" is very very nice.

 

Yeah, Prodigal is the most overtly religious thing they've done in awhile.

 

Okay, overall I like Air For Free. It's better than Collapsible Lung at least. Don't know how I'll feel about it long term, or how it'll fit with their catalog but it was enjoyable on first listen.

 

Look On Up starting playing right after Heartache. Actually don't mind it too much placed at the end. I might just be tired and delusional though. haha

 

Pretty much how I feel. I think it'll grow on me a decent amount too. If I had to guess I'd say it'll probably end up just behind Mmhmm for me. I probably won't end up loving it as much as I do FANSD or Five Score.

 

I'm listening to that song too and it may just be because I already know this song but I still like it more than anything on the album.

Yeah, I don't think this will top FANSD or Five Score for me either. It will probably end up a toss up between this and Mmhmm at 3 and 4. Look On Up would at least be top 3 on the album if it was actually on it. Don't wanna rank the songs until I've heard them a few more times though.

 

Yeah I can definitely see some of these passing that one as I become familiar with them.

 

Definitely preferred the second half to the first though. I like Relient k's more chill stuff a lot.
