It wasn’t so much I didn’t understand why they liked it so much as it was me thinking the other fans agreed with me and the band was basically forcing a song the crowd didn’t like

All kidding aside. How interesting. IRTM has long been the song I’ve noticed people who don’t like UO but do like heavy music be drawn to.

This is a really cool outcome. If The Only Survivor had lost in its first round I wouldn't have been surprised. I didn't know how loved it was until this thread, but it's easily one of my favorites.
