Going with Hold Your Breath. Really love both, but this one just does it for me.

To be fair I think every album so far has had the winner I wanted so I can give one album where I didn't choose the winner

 

This is so tough.

Hold Your Breath has one of the best choruses on the album. I love it. But then the atmosphere created in No Frame is fantastic and I really like what they were going for. I really enjoyed the bits from the documentary about that song in particular.

I'm going to go with Hold Your Breath.

For the record, I probably would have gone with It Has To Start Somewhere over both of these.
