I think had the bracket broken down differently, Writing wouldn’t have made the final. However, In Regards was always going to. It just happened to have all of the songs I expected to make the final against it in the seeding in the round and before hand.

 

Writing on the Walls got me into them so it gets my vote

The "It's all worth reaching for" part of In Regards always gets me so pumped and can never not head bang in my car.

Ugh I bet you guys are next gonna say breathing in a new mentality is the best on LITSOS.

 

"Emergency Broadcast :: The End Is Near" or bust

 

That's not a terrible song by any means, but my favorites on it are probably Fault Line, Fault of Mine, Emergency Broadcast and The Only Survivor.

 

As much as I like Breathing, pretty much every song that follows is better than it so it doesn't have my vote haha

 

Only Survivor vs New Mentality would be my final of choice ngl

 

LITSOS is also the best Underoath record, hands down.

 

Too Bright To See is my favorite.

 

Because loving one opener the most leads to loving another opener the most? I understand not your logic.

I do think Breathing is a fine opener, but it's definitely no In Regards and is one of the weaker songs on LITSOS in my opinion. Fault Line is my personal favorite on that record.

 

I just made the Lost In The Sound Of Separation bracket and I'm guessing that the first round is going to be 2 blowouts and 1 close one. The one that I think will be a close one is pretty intriguing though...

It's hard to pick favorites on this but I would say Emergency Broadcast, We Are The Involuntary, The Created Void and Desperate Times are all top tier Underoath.
