Very excited, adore his last two.

 

This is going to be fantastic

 

Have a feeling this is going to be a break-out into the mainstream, moreso than his other films

 

Insane that a Simon Rex-starring movie is getting such acclaim. I remember watching him on MTV back in the day. I think the last thing I saw him in was Kesha's "Tik Tok" video.

Heavy Korine vibes. I'm in. Looks way more comedic than I originally thought

 

Saw this at NYFF and it was excellent. Really really funny, Rex is super great and charismatic

 

Wow I'm just learning now that Simon Rex really did do porn IRL before getting into MTV and acting.

Also I remember him being a standout in Scary Movie 3.

People gave me shit when I pointed out Mike Judge follows/likes a bunch of shit like that, so I’ll say what they said: maybe he’s following for inspiration and liking to have easy access to dumb tweets? Nothing that he’s said or done otherwise has pointed to him agreeing with those people, and his filmography actively goes against their ideology.
