The best thing about doing that robbery early in the game is getting the springfield pistol in the lockbox.

End of chapter 6 spoilers


Holy fucking shit, I know the ending was telegraphed for literally the entirety of the sixth chapter but it still really got to me. I can't fucking believe we didn't get to kill Micah, though I just started the epilogue and if it's anything like RDR1's epilogue some shit is still gonna go down. Speaking of which, I totally fucking called Arthur dying and playing as John in the post-game like pages ago lol, I'm super happy to be right, playing as John again is so cool, though Arthur really grew on me a ton by the end of the game, so much so that I may actually like him more than John now. We'll see lol. I'll post more story thoughts when I actually finish the epilogues

Been exploring the areas that were part of the previous game and Armadillo is a mess of a place.

 

Just came across this

 

The dollar amounts and value is weird in this game. I got less than $7 reward for delivering a corpse of a wanted man (couldn’t catch him alive) and I nearly died. So I go to the saloon to celebrate and it’s 50 cents for a beer and upon checking out an inflation calculator that translates to $15 for a beer in today’s money... wait, that sounds about right.

End of Chapter 6 fucked me up

When Arthur gives John his hat, shit.

 

True story - I thought I was almost done Chapter 6 when I woke up this morning. I played from 9am to about 3pm with very little breaks and finished it. Chapter 6 is a monster

 

I just finished the part with the cliff escape from the army. about how much do I have left? I want to get through other side stuff before I finish the main story.

 

I actually think that's where I left off last time I played, so there's still a significant amount more in Chapter 6. Granted, I did start doing a lot of the white circle missions today as well, which I would strongly advise because once you find out about the TB, those white missions are often a chance to make your own choices and could really impact how the main story resonates with you
