Just picked this up yesterday and I’m loving it so far. The controls took some getting used to but I’m pretty comfortable now and it’s just a gorgeous game. So far I’ve been eaten by a cougar, accidentally shot someone’s horse in the face when I meant to greet them, and started a shootout in Valentine for standing too close to the sheriff. I have a bad feeling I’m going to accidentally call someone “partner” or “feller” in real life haha.

 

Anyone get robbed by those pig farmers? Scared the shit out of me.

 

Goddamnit, fell off a not so high cliff and another horse died. I’m bad at this.

robbed a bank last night with Williamson that got me a pretty good chunk of change. went pretty crazy on camp upgrades, hope they respect me now.

 

I gave $200 to the camp and upgraded Dutch's tent, the next day he starts yelling about how if I don't start donating then no one else will

 

Is there anywhere to get a transcript of a robbery tip? I got one about a house north of Valentine but I can't remember any other details.

I already read about how this thing ends. Definitely going to take my time towards the end of chapter 3.

 

There's still 3 more chapters and 2 epilogues though, right? I mean, i'm taking my time too, but I have a feeling I might start speeding up if the story picks up.

 

yeah. I would maybe make a new save file for each chapter.

 

I'm guessing that's who I came across but haven't been to a cave... hoping for some Bone Tomahawk vibes.

 

the mission following the ex girlfriend’s brother sucks so hard lol. he’s so fucking slow.

 

I came across them away from the cave too, so I think there's quite a few of them in the general area. Can't remember for the life of me where it was, though!

 

At first I thought they were zombies

 

I’m still on chapter 3 but based on some hinty comments and my own speculation of the story, based on the previous game too, I think I know what’s coming and I’m not ready!
