This isn't a 1-1 comparison but it's sort of like Uno, you're trying to get rid of all your dominoes before they do, and you can only play off of what's already been played.

 

I know that but there's times where we both can't play and the game just ends and I lose?

 

If it's a "block" game, yeah, it ends if neither person can play. And the person with the most dots remaining loses.

I definitely don’t like how the button you have to hold to talk to someone is the button you also hold to aim your weapon at their face because I often forget I have my gun drawn and it gets me into trouble

 

Tempted to do the goldbar glitch. Maybe will do it on a seperate saved file.

definitely feeling people's feelings about being overwhelmed lol. i usually play all side missions and and collections before story mode but they aren't clearly marked like RDR1 and i'm getting major fomo that i'm missing one detail or something

 

Im feeling a little of the same but I'm assuming there's very little that's permanently missable. So I'll come back after I'm done with the story if I have to. It would be an awful design choice to have permanently missable unmarked side quests lol

 

i guess i'm conditioned to reading rpg walkthroughs saying i need to do some random quest before it goes away after chapter ends lol

i got a bounty to capture one of the gang leaders and i saw i've only discovered like 25% of the first two gangs so i'm like what! i thought i explored a lot of land!

i don't know if there are multiple endings and if all the side quests influence the endings ahhh

 

what worries me is if there are side-quests that can't be done once other choices are made or main storyline areas are completed. i remember Fallout 3 had a bunch of those so i had like 6 different versions of the game going so i could do everything.

 

i also wonder how much of the main story line takes up of the completion percentage. 50? 75? 80?

 

totally! i know i should just play through and not worry about those things but i can't help like i'm missing out on something

 

I believe I saw somewhere that there are two different completetion percentages. The % next to your save is story related and you can see overall completion somewhere in the menus

it definitely pays to explore though. one of the coolest things I’ve done so far was this serial killer mystery that you just kind of stumble upon. there’s no ? icon for it or anything

 

Look up gold glitch. You can get infinite gold bars lol.
