Can you skin your horse?

 

if you go to the trapper he has the skin and you can still get the legendary outfit upgrades. however, you’re out of luck on being able to sell it.

something similar happened to me but you’ll start to make enough money soon enough that it doesn’t really matter

 

Living out my Pale Rider fantasy with this game.

 

To be clear I mean after it falls off a mountain or something

 

i literally have no reason to be at work today. every single person from my department is gone the next two days so i've received no emails and have no urgent work to do. the urge to leave and go home and play this has been so strong since about 8:03 am. ugh.

another question... i got requests for specific items from the gang. does this expire? i can't find the request in my quest logs, and i just started chapter 3

 

I've heard legendary skins are automatically sent to the trapper if you die before dropping it off yourself

 

my desk is not Red Dead Redemption, this is one hell of a Monday folks

 

wonder if i should get the game guide, or because this is fucking 2018, i just use the internet.

usually for games like this i really enjoy the physical hard copy of the game guide. i remember it made Fallout 3 and Mass Effect so much more enjoyable but i also enjoy just randomly stumbling into things and then going back on a second playthrough with a game guide.

What are you looking for in a video game system? They are both fantastic and you'll most likely get people that recommend either one, because again, they both are great. Might want to post in the Video Games thread though.

 

it all really depends on what the console is going to be used for.

 

get ps4 cause spiderman whips ass. but also, the differences are basically negligible imo

 

I’d generally agree but I feel like PS4 is more known for its exclusives but if he is dad that wants to save some money Xbox has GamePass which can be a huge deal with the content it provides for its prices.

 

If you want great single player experiences go with the PS4.

If you are looking more along the lines of a great multiplayer experience then XBOX.

But you really can’t go wrong with either.

I purchased a new outfit, and then upon walking out the store tripped on the steps and fell flat in the mud. A woman laughed at me so I shot her in the face and now I have a $200 bounty in Valentine.

Also, I crashed my horse into a tree and it fell off the cliff into the river below. The sound it made as it skinned down the side was haunting. I might have reloaded a save...

 

also, does anyone know how to stop your horse? I accidentally ran over a stranger trying to slow up by moving in circles. There are so many controls to this game it's insane to remember it all.

 

R1 on PS4, if you're bonded high enough you can skid to a stop holding R1 and pressing X I think
