I cook all my brussel sprouts in a frying pan in a variety of different oils and stuff so I would do that I think it tastes the best and they don't get soggy.
hmm, i wonder if you defrost it, dry it with some paper towels and then bake them at a high temp until crispy?

I made this bolognese sauce to go with some ravioli last night. It was easy and turned out really well. It may take a bit more time, but it sure beats the shitty canned sauces.

I'm probably going to find a slow cooker marinara sauce recipe and then freeze it in smaller containers so I can have it whenever I want. The crockpot has changed my life. I'm a believer
I'm pretty boring during the week because I eat the same thing everyday. rice and beans with chicken, peppers, onions, and garlic and tons of spice. it's about an hour or so to make everything and I've got food for a week. I also have a pretty awesome tortellini alfredo recipe with chicken and sausage that I'll have to share when I get home.
