i made carnitas last week
used this recipe: Slow Cooker Pork Carnitas - Damn Delicious

 

I also like to just throw frozen chicken breasts in, go to work, come home and use my handheld mixer on the chicken and it shreds it perfectly...then can be used for a variety of things! Never shredding chicken by hand again.

 

Why have I never thought of that....

omg i got so many. pulled pork is always so good to make in the crockpot, chili is good, teriyaki chicken, beef stroganoff...

 

Ok I'm in the middle of baking those 'slutty brownies' and I'm about to start eating my house it smells so good

 

Fuck cooking dinner I'm eating the whole 8x8 of these things

Well, the brownie cooked and the oreo dissolved... but the cookie bottom didn't cook. So I just scooped it in a bowl and ate a delicious gooey mess. 10/10 flavor.

Is there any way to have good tofu without having to drain it or press it?

I love the smoked tofu from Trader Joes

 

I usually decide what I want, look up a general recipe on allrecipes.com and then start tinkering with it myself from there.
