listening to The Strokes - Is This It? currently. bringing me back to high school smoking illegal drugs in my buddy's basement, haha.
Been listening to Golden Week's "Familiar Ceilings" EP the past couple days. Good stuff, I'd recommend checking it out if you dig Eisley, Moose Blood, or even more mathy, angular stuff like Tricot.
I've recently been catching up on the fact that I slept on Beartooth and Dance Gavin Dance until about a year ago, so I'm naturally making up for lost time. I've also been spinning: Melodrama - Lorde The entire Mayday Parade discography Young Renegades - All Time Low (I hate that I'm starting to like this album) On Letting Go - Circa Survive Hollow Bodies - Blessthefall And whatever else Spotify likes to play on my daily mixes.
Recently discovered Blackout Problems...released a fantastic album in 2016 and have satisfied that itch I've had lately for new music. RIYL: Flatliners, Thousand Below, Movielife
This is what I'm listening to in it's entirety right now. You can totally hear the elements of it's time, but have you heard the Purest Feeling unreleased album that is pre-PHM? It's even way different in comparison to PHM!
Little Tybee is an amazing alternative rock band, and one of my favorite tracks of theirs is definitely More Like Jason.
This song hella reminds me of DDR music and tbh that's fucking awesome. DDR is still one of the only video games I have any sort of legitimate skill on and I'd seriously love to see this added to it at some point.
