Just listened through the new O Brother for the first time. I'm blown away by it, best effort from them yet IMO
I'm getting into Chvrches lately. Both of their albums are really solid. Favorite tracks from each are Night Sky and Clearest Blue respectively.
Listened to new Tancred, Teen Suicide, and Anderson .Paak yesterday while at work. Really enjoyed all of them. I'm really trying to listen to more music this year, which I was doing well at in January but fell off for February and March. Yesterday was a good start to getting back to that.
Does recently seen qualify for recently listened to? Just saw '68 last night. Wow. That band kills it live.
The new Pinegrove is super enjoyable. Been listening to a lot of Hop Along and Pedro the Lion. Spring time is upon us so Limbeck is always spinning.
Revisiting some mwY and Deftones albums. And still digging new O'B and The Range. Black Hole is my new favorite O'B track.
Listened to the new Explosions in the Sky and Gwen Stefani today, both were pretty good. I'm going to listen to this soon too, never listened to the band but I'm excited about all the hype this new record is getting. I really like CHVRCHES, but they're not really an album band for me. Too much filler in both of their albums IMO, but they have some individual tracks that are just amazing
Listened to these albums today: Brian Fallon - Painkillers Kanye West - The Life Of Pablo Pinegrove - Cardinal Kendrick Lamar - untitled unmastered. Thrice - Beggars Future - EVOL mewithoutYou - Brother, Sister Now I'm currently listening to The Gaslight Anthem's Handwritten. I still got the rest of the weekend ahead of me!
Yup! Cardinal, Beggars, and Handwritten are the only ones I know really well, so today was a productive day when it came to listening to new music. However, I have listened to all these albums all before, just not more than a couple of times.
I saw them open for Weezer and I just don't get the hype, but different strokes for different folks lol. Speaking of Weezer, I can't stop listening to their new album
Been listening to Like Pacific - Distant Like You Asked this morning. Some good pop-punk right there.
Westkust - Last Forever, I can almost smell the summer with this album, a bit overlooked last year, haven't seen anyone talking about it and it's really good Kanye West - The Life of Pablo, new version is even better, my favorite from this year so far New album from Weezer, which sounded really really good The 1975 - You're so beautiful,...saw them live wednesday, fantastic performance and such a perfect pop album
Today I've listened to: Asking Alexandria - The Black Weezer - Weezer (White Album) O'Brother - Endless Light
I have to look at the track list, but for the most part it was just solid from front to back. It felt very complete to me.
