holy fuck pat ...well luckily there's a bunch i've listened to in that list so it cuts it down a bit, haha
Greatest Hits is NOT fine for Thin Lizzy. Jailbreak or Bad Reputation. Jeeze. Edit: And Creedence is even worse!! I am morally opposed to your opinions Pat.
trying to avoid greatest hits unless i need to over the albums but maybe i'll get to those eventually lol
Honestly every single band he gave you a greatest hits for has an album or two worth listening to in full.
bjork's an interesting one to have a greatest hits album be the one get you into her, since her albums are all very cohesive, separate works of art, hah.
not as bad as some artists hahaha. feel like you gotta at least do the first three in order post is my favorite, that record blew my mind when i first gave it a real listen, my old roommate is a huge bjork stan so that was what convinced me.
okay love deluxe is insanely good, wow. definitely my favorite of the five so far. that record coming out in 1992 is wild. also interesting how it seems like it was pretty panned when it first came out
Just jumping in to say that for Pavement, and as far as greatest hits goes their Quarantine the Past is perfect. I started there, and now I'm a huge fan of there's.
I'm so pumped you're into this haha. Just an insanely beautiful record, I also had no clue it was panned at first, can't imagine why
