i'm not about to give that dog a bath every single day. there are other parks and areas she can play in that are cleaner. that one we were at was all sand so it collects in her fur and then the other dogs lick her so there's dog slobber and it mattes her fur and dirt together.. and she's not about to drag all that sand into my apartment and get it on my couch and floors and stink up my apartment. and she doesn't like baths so it's a warzone in my bathroom when she has to get one, then my tub is disgusting from all the sand and dirt that washes out so i have to clean that afterwards. it's a whole ordeal.

i shower twice a day mandatory. once when I get up before work and once when I get home to wash off all the germs from being around other people.

jk she gets plenty of love and exercise. I just don't like having the same convo over and over again and her fur gets dirty quickly and baths are a warzone so I try and strike a balance.
