went to take Bear to the dog park last night with the intent to only be there for about 30 minutes. I ended up being there over 1.5 hours until it was dark out because I met a woman there with her dog and we hit it off talking about our dogs and jobs and stuff and lost track of time......aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand when I got home I realized I forgot to even ask her for her name when we left.

we were talking about our dogs and then it just eventually segued into living in the area, where we work, what are jobs are, kc vs denver, etc. i didn't get to ask the burning question of political ideology or music tastes so there's still that.


I think I remember her saying she goes there with her dog almost every day after work so there's a chance we'll run into each other again. bear just got a bath last night though so she has to wait at least three days until i'll allow her to get dirty again.
