Last time I was at a Denny's it was a new years eve and I only went there because I waited at Taco Bell for 1 hour and 45 minutes and still didn't get food. So we went to Denny's and ate one booth over from a drunk homeless man who fell asleep holding a cup of ice water which then was spilled all over himself.

Edit: no, that wasn't that night. NYE night we were told it'd be a 45 min wait at Dennys so we just went home. The homeless man incident was after a work christmas party we were drunk and went to Dennys.

If i am drunk and need greasy late night food, we have Menna's Joint up here which make burritos/wraps and they're just stuffed with a bunch of stuff. My go-to is the MJ Special which is chicken, meatballs, pepperoni, mozz, marinara. Doesn't get much better than that for my drunk food. Two dub's (which is what they're called), one for the night and one for the immense hangover the next day.

 

Once had sushi as a first date and I felt the societal pressure to plan it all out despite not having had sushi before and I got the option of sitting on the floor in the traditional section of this restaurant or just at a table and I didn't understand what I was doing so I accidentally chose the traditional sitting on the floor. I'm a big dude who likes chairs so I could only focus on how uncomfortable I was, it was one of my first times using chopsticks and I was also like 20, so I was already awkward. Girl mid-meal was just like "so you ready to go?" I took that as a good thing, but she just meant that she wanted out of this date ASAP.

to be honest I think the only good advice on tinder is to not take it as seriously as you would a conversation in real life. Now, never say something you wouldn't say in real life to a person's face (general rule of the internet), but I think the app sort of beckons a more free-spirited attitude in the way you approach people. that's all I got.
