Yeah, it's serviceable. I don't think anybody touts Dennys' praise, but if you wanna quick breakfast bite, it totally works.

 

My coworker stans Denny's. She goes every week and knows all the servers and gives them holiday cards.


I loved when they had $2 cheesy fries and I've never forgiven them for raising the price and then changing the recipe and then removing them completely. Smh.

 

Waffle House exists for all your 3am needs and for places that don't have WaHo I'm sure you have a real diner which is even better

 

I dunno if they have it outside of California but Black Bear Diner is legitimately really good for a chain place

 

there was this place in palm desert that had this amazing deal for like a full meal plus unlimited oj and bread for like $9.

I would get so excited to go there until it closed last year and I've always been like :( now because we have to go to Denny's instead.

Grand Slamburger used to be my go-to end of drunk night out food. I haven't had one in years and can somehow tell my heart thanks me for it

 

The only diners we have in my town are Denny's and shari's. We have a local place that likes to call themselves a diner but they close at 3pm so they're liars. I remember once my mom wanted to stop at black bear diner on a roadtrip when I was a kid and i threw a massive fit and stayed in the car lol. I think young me was having anxiety about it. Now every time I see one I laugh.

One time I was very drunk in Longview, WA and it was like 3am and I went to this 24hr diner/casino place and I got eggs, hashbrowns, toast, and fucking steak for, I shit you not, like $4. Now, you should never eat steak that comes with a $4 meal but I swear to god it was so good.
