God I hate guys. Just gonna go back to having mostly female friends where I don't have to know what negging is or acronyms for douchebags. Lol

Well like I said I have mostly female friends. But yeah the couple guy friends I have are thankfully not into alpha male bullshit

 

I'm not a fan of thanksgiving as a holiday, but I just wanted to say I'm thankful for this thread and every one of you who post in here.

 

The girl I've been kinda seeing the past month or so stopped talking to me earlier this week, just saw on Snapchat that she got back with her ex. So yeah... that sucks.

So, recently I re connected with a beautiful girl who've I've known for a few years. We've long talked about our feelings for one another, but for numerous reasons the planets have never really aligned, up till now, or so I think. Fast forward to now, this time last week we started talking again, and once again we shared our mutual thoughts for how we would like to try and make something happen, whether that be dating, or not, I have yet to determine. What has left me feeling slightly confused, or anxious should I say, is that communication has become somewhat worryingly irregular. Now, I know that she has mentioned that she has some personal issues that need to take priority, and whilst I know I should sit and be patient, I'm constantly worrying. I am behaving irrationally?

 

Man I loved tinder, it was like a catalogue of boys who wanted to bang who I could accept or dismiss with the swipe of a finger. It was amazing. Then I picked one I really liked and called it quits.

Yes, I've asked, I've said I'm here if she needs someone to talk to. I feel all I'm doing right now it apologising for pestering her. But the more irregular the communication is, the more I feel anxious.

I'm trying this new thing where I don't initiate at all. Like, in my past relationships or flings I've always been the one to initiate texts, calls, plans....you name it, and I'm fuckin' tired of that shit. So now, after last week when I had sex with that girl, as much as I'd like to be like, "hey let's hang out again blah blah blah" I'm staying mostly silent, save for a random text here or there.
