taking a step back: theres this other girl thats my coworkers wifes friend. we all went out for my coworkers b day and she followed me around everywhere which I enjoyed. she gave me her number before she left. Im afraid to touch that situation with a 10 foot pole since I cant guage my interest levels. it would be extremely awkward between me and my coworker if I were to engage her with texting and dates if I didnt end up being interested. Id like to keep the coworker and his wife as friends because theyre cool and invite me to stuff and she has a lot of attractive friends. but its kinda like Im a dick if I dont text her and also Id be a dick if I did and didnt end up being interested.

I don't engage with coworkers anymore. Although I used to a lot. I just wanna keep that life separate now tbh

@Your Milkshake these are fears and dilemmas I always have too. I am afraid to pursue things in worries that I won't be interested and will burn the person. If I am going to be completely honest, if you are questioning whether or not you want to pursue things with someone, they probably aren't that special. It's when you meet someone and pretty quickly are like 'yes, this is what I like, I want more' that is when you go for it. IMO of course. That's how I operate.

Also, schools now go way too extreme on sex ed. We had a sex therapist visit class and she pretty much just candidly answered questions about butt stuff for 45 minutes.
