I feel like it would just be harsh on it, thought a good amount of natural oils and the dead part of the skin is supposed to be good for helping against bacteria and other infections too but I'm not sure.

True. I also have very sensitive skin and about the only soap that doesn't make me splotchy, dry, itchy, or irritated is Dove soap, specifically for men extra fresh scent. i also use their fragrance-free lotion as well. i wish i could find something that wasn't dove brand and has more natural ingredients, but what I use now hasn't given me any problems like everything else I've tried and I'm not about to risk going through itchy skin and spending like $50 on different soaps and lotions that might not work.

100% morning shower. I feel gross and dirty if I don't have one. And occasionally I'll shower at night if I'm heading out after work

 

also +1 on the Dove soap. Shit is legit

 

This is the same body wash I use at well. I use the Vaseline Men Healing Moisture lotion.

do you use bar or liquid soap? all liquid soaps irritate my skin so I have to use the bar.

I also dislike when it's cold in the morning and I get in a warm shower and it's amazing but then I have to leave the warm shower and shiver and die until I can get dressed and dry my hair. Whereas night showers I can get out of the warm shower and into bed.

I suppose I could always raise the heat but I'm not a millionaire here.

Bar soap doesn't hydrate my skin as much. It always leaves the feeling of a film behind, even if their commercials say it doesn't, and then my skin gets that tight dry feeling. I've discovered body washes typically don't to that to my skin

 

microfiber or silk. i prefer microfiber though because silk is too slick and I don't like the feeling of slipping while in bed. microfiber is soft without being slippery.
