The New York diner is an unique thing, they're usually either Greek or Eastern European, so I have a very specific concept of what a diner is

 

I mean, I suppose something like IHOP is a diner, technically, but if someone over here said, “let’s go to a diner” and I took them to IHOP, they’d be like wtf?

There's diners all over the small towns in Texas. and Texas' surface area is like 90% little small towns and nothing. I can only live in Dallas or Austin here otherwise I'd go crazy. I had to go to school in Lubbock yuckkkkk.

Yep. And I think we have a lot of that just maybe more in the suburbs and smaller towns outside the city
