I took a half day of vacation today and I really wanted to take a nap (and it’s the perfect weather for a nap too) but I always get so giddy and excited to be done working that now I’m too hopped up to sleep lol
We went and ran errands today and I left my phone at home. They 5 hours or so of screen free time was amazing
I really need to be better about this, while I don't necessarily feel like I'm constantly on my phone it's definitely too much. Think I'm gonna start making myself put it down after I get home from work everyday
