What does it taste like? I've seen it advertised but don't know much about it

 

it's pretty much just your standard water. it's mountain water in a can tho and I got it mostly because I'm trying to buy less plastic. it's not anything you need to rush out the door to buy but I do like it for what it is

 

Ran this Ragnar team trail race over the weekend. Never been too athletic, but I got into running during the pandemic to help relieve stress. Ran just over 15 miles-- including 6.5m at 3 AM, very spooky-- on the Appalachian trail and didn't break an ankle. Anyway, reason to keep living is that you're probably way tougher than you realize.
