I used to smoke cigarettes (Parliament Lights were my shit) for many years, then about ten years ago I started vaping, and for the most part it worked out great but every once in a while I wanted a cigarette. this usually led to more cigarettes. since I've started using a Juul, I haven't really had that desire to smoke at all tho. and I realized this morning just how long it's been. feels very good to say the least

My cat has recently started sleeping on my legs at night. I guess for warmth?... but she never did that in the past.

my cat usually slept at the foot of the bed for years, then one day she just started sleeping next to me (probably mostly for the warmth) and now she alternates between the two
