I haven’t had this but I loved the holiday spice Pepsi they had back in like 2006

 

My mom is going completely overboard on Christmas cookies this year and I’m totally ok with that lol She just sent me what all she’s making and it’s like double what she normally bakes. Buckeyes, lemon crinkles, cake truffles, no bakes, Hershey kiss cookies, chocolate chip cookies, and peanut butter buddy bars. I get all the lemon crinkles too bc my brother and nephews won’t eat them hell yeah!!

She definitely is awesome. We annoy the shit out of each other and bicker constantly lol but she’s basically the only person who has my back always so I’m very lucky to have her as my mom!

Idk how everyone else makes them but my mom uses a lemon cake mix and mixes the batter with cool whip and eggs and they’re rolled in powdered sugar. They are so good and super easy to make. Really soft and chewy!
