Getting my shit together again

A Uniqlo opened close to my place. I went opening weekend and got a pair of cargo pants that are so comfy that I never wanna wear another pair of pants again

 

Just bought a bunch of flowers that were on clearance and got them all planted! I have 3 pots left to fill and then I’m done (unless I buy more pots lol) My favorite time of the year! Love going outside after work every day and taking care of all the flowers. It’s really relaxing.

 

Feeling incredibly grateful to have such kind, selfless, and supportive friends

Getting a compliment about something you were feeling insecure about. I dyed my hair a new color and have been back and forth on whether I like it. Some random woman at the grocery store came up to me and said “sorry but I just need to tell you your hair color is so pretty!!” I almost cried!!

Cannot believe my favorite band (The Starting Line) and the band responsible for my favorite album (Moving Mountains) both announced their first new records in 18 and 12 years respectively within two weeks of each other. June 2025 is being good to me

My team lead sent me a really nice email basically just telling me I’m really good at my job and that she appreciates me. All our emails get sent to our boss also so my boss saw it and then replied to tell me she completely agrees and how happy she is with the job I’m doing. Really needed to hear that bc my anxiety has been making me feel like I’m doing everything wrong lately. Gotta remember this moment next time my anxiety acts up!
