Edit: I'm sure we don't have the budget to always offer standby pay, but I guarantee employees would be 10x more willing to be on call if they got standby pay every time. Because idk about others but I'm at the place where my time is worth more to me than it has when I was in my 20s and didn't have burn out or any other things going on

jun: copenhagen (metallica x2; first visit was a 16 hr layover last year; flight)
