This is an awesome change of direction for these guys. Think it works well.

 

I love this.

 

Absolutely love this. One of the catchiest songs I've heard all year. I see a lot of comparisons to Neck Deck (I think mainly the video) but this blows anything off the newest neck deep album out of the water. I saw a lot of hate on some other boards I follow for this song, but I'll be jamming this all summer and the whole album if it's as catchy as this and Get By.

 

This and Get By are really good. Excited for a new album.

Finally, a Real Friends song that's not wallowing in sadness and nostalgia.

Was never into this band before but this reminds me of Direction era The Starting Line. Definitely interested.

 

Said this on the last song's thread too but watching these guys progress has honestly been so great. Last album had some incredible jams and both these recent singles have hooked me. They've come a long way from grating vocals and 'sleepy eyes and boney knees'.

 

Think I’ll wait for the album until I listen to this again, Get By was really good, this didn’t grab me.

this is great, and agree got some real Direction-esque vibes to it

 

This seemed really repetitive and shallow to me. The sound itself was okay, but kind of an empty song that's been written a thousand times.

 

Yeah this is really good. I enjoy the band anyway but the last album was mostly a miss for me. This feels like something new and I'm about it.

 

I'm liking this, definitely feeling summer vibes.

Never really loved these guys but this song is fantastic. Best I have heard from them.
