Yeah, I've been sitting on this for about a month and I'm pretty sure it's their best record, or at least better than Atlas. Very hook-oriented

Weird there's been like 0 hype surrounding this.

Right? I feel like this band was a huge deal (and still is for me, obviously)

I've never listened to this band. @ anyone who's heard this, is this a good intro to em

Hard to say. They haven't ever drastically changed, so any album could be a decent entry place. That said, I don't think this is their best. I would recommend Atlas, but you can't really go wrong with any of them.

    This is stunning, as always

Probably tied with Days for my favorite but you can't go wrong with any of their records really

If not for Out of Tune, Darling would be my new favorite RE song

listened to about half of this earlier, two arrows is a wild song

I sometimes let this band's music just wash over me like ambient music. It keeps my mind peacefully afloat and my limbs grow gentle, and once in a while, a lyric clings and resonates like a good friends' remembered advice

This new album fits that state perfectly. Love these guys

It's alright - I would recommend starting with Days.

Love how clearly Two Arrows is their take on writing something like I Want You (She's So Heavy), even has the abrupt cut at the end as well.

Ugh, real estate phase 2 is just not my favorite band, not even close to before they decided to be a 70s soft rock tribute band. This album is fine, there are some impressive things but overall these songs don't hold a candle to Out of Tune, Beach Comber, any of their best songs.

Days and s/t blow this and atlas out of the water

Just walked around downtown for my first listen of this album. I enjoy it. Much different from what I was expecting from the two prerelease tracks

Also like how a lot of the songs just explode for the last 30s-1min.

I don't think I'm crazy about this one. It's perfectly fine but so far I see no reason to listen to this when I think they did it better on Atlas. There's cool moments but this one just doesn't leave a mark like the others. Maybe when the weather is warmer. They're perfect for a breezy, sunny day.

I like this a lot better than Atlas but doesn't hit the marks of Days.

Yeah I actually prefer this to Atlas so far but I love all their records so much. Probably should revisit Atlas this week, I may be off
